CANstruction is an international design and engineering competition where local teams build gigantic structures completely out of canned food. After the competition, all cans are donated to the Love Chapel, Salvation Army, and Community Center of Hope food banks.
8 teams from our community built structures for this year's competition with over 25,000 cans. A panel of judges reviewed the structures for look, design, structural integrity and nutritional value on Sunday.
