Do You Need Space?

If your organization is in need of space, the United Way Center is a great place to consider.

Organizations housed in the United Way Center have rents that are traditionally lower per square foot than just about anywhere else in Columbus.

Included in the lease agreement are trash pick up, electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, heating, janitorial cleaning, recycling, a computer network, phone service that includes 2.5 cents a minute long distance, and free individual mail boxes.

Offices in the center have routine maintenance service available basically 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with only one phone call. Agencies that do not have a fax machine or copier of their own, have access to a common fax machine and two copiers. 

The Center has four conference rooms available, as well as a receptionist in the front lobby to direct visitors or sign for deliveries.
