Be a Volunteer

Everyone has special talents and skills. Volunteer organizations everywhere are looking for volunteers with specific skills. What do you like to do?

  • Weed a garden?
  • Tutor a child
  • Roof a house?
  • Visit a lonely senior citizen?
  • Talk on the phone?
  • Serve on a not for profit board?

Volunteering offers all kinds of opportunities to share your skills as well as learn new skills. Here in Columbus/Bartholomew County we have more than 70 local not  for profit organizations that are looking for volunteers for a wide variety of programs and services.

And Remember:
Volunteering is not just an opportunity to help improve the lives of others, but an opportunity for personal and professional growth as well.
