 etizer size portions for 3-5 people. It includes a variety of cheese types
  and textures. \n\nThis includes a cow\, a goat\, and a sheep cheese to gi
 ve participants a variety and exposure to the different types of cheese. 
 \n\nThe board also includes charcuterie (meat) and all other charcuterie b
 oard accouterments as well. In the workshop\, you will learn how to cut\, 
 fold\, and style meat\, cheese\, and produce. There will also be tips on s
 hopping\, washing produce\, and wine pairing. Each participant will leave 
 with a beautiful charcuterie board constructed by them.\n\n15% of the proc
 eeds will go directly to the Women United Fund.
